01.Resilience Assessment
Evaluate an organization’s capabilities across disaster mitigation, preparedness, response, recovery, public health, and continuity of essential services. The assessment identifies operational gaps, priority risks, and practical opportunities to strengthen institutional resilience using Whole Health and All-hazards principles. 02.Preparedness Training
Build the knowledge and capabilities teams need to prepare for and manage health emergencies, disasters, and service disruptions. Training can address emergency management, continuity of operations, public health readiness, risk communication, and role-specific response procedures. 03.Emergency Exercise
Test emergency plans, communication channels, decision-making processes, and continuity arrangements through realistic tabletop or operational exercises. Exercises can cover initial response, prolonged response, recovery, infectious disease events, natural hazards, and complex all-hazards scenarios. DHC facilitates the exercise and provides an after-action report with prioritized corrective actions. Organizations can submit their objectives and preferred scenario for a tailored exercise plan.
